Vantage Specialties, Inc.: welcomed Andy Harris as CEO. He also joins Vantage’s board of directors and is an equity investor alongside H.I.G. Capital, LLC in the company. Most recently, Harris was the CEO of Accella Performance Materials. During his tenure there, he led Accella through 14 acquisitions in four years before its successful sale to The Carlisle Companies in October 2017. Prior to Accella, Harris was the president and CEO of Syrgis Performance.
